Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and build tools to reduce toil.
- Create and maintain service templates, CLIs, libraries, and automation.
- Design reusable CI pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Improve reliability of builds and tests, driving down cycle time.
- Establish shared observability standards and libraries.
- Partner with product engineers to enhance operability.
- Build and improve core platform capabilities.
- Own systems end-to-end and maintain their health in production.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building production software, particularly in platform/devtools/infrastructure.
- Strong coding skills in at least one systems/productivity language like Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and scalable pipeline design.
- Practical experience with observability in production systems.
- Comfort with containers and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of improving developer experience through measurable outcomes.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
