Base Salary
$166k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable software services for the Trade PMR platform using .NET and AWS.
- Drive the technical roadmap for major initiatives, including the development of integration APIs for third-party CRMs and the Robinhood Advisor Network.
- Architect solutions that ensure the platform can support significantly larger advisors and increased client activity.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers across the Trade PMR org.
- Maintain and enhance the core Fusion software, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering efforts with the broader company strategy for the RIA industry.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in backend development using .NET technologies.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying services on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Extensive experience building and maintaining complex integrations, including APIs and data flows.
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple high-priority workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring other engineers.
