Base Salary
$160k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build performant web applications with React and React Native using TypeScript.
- Partner with design to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces.
- Define frontend patterns, state logic, and reusable UI components.
- Integrate APIs with backend teams and optimize data fetching.
- Ensure consistent brand and design implementation across the product suite.
- Improve UI performance, accessibility, and reliability.
- Contribute to product direction with a user-first mindset.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building modern web applications with React, Next.js, or similar technologies.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong design judgment and experience implementing pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, testing, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with Figma and design-to-code collaboration workflows.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup with ownership of large product surfaces.
- Experience with animations, design systems, or mobile optimization is a bonus.
