Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interface components and backend workflows for satellite network management software.
- Work with network operations teams to create software for building and managing satellite and ground networks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define software requirements, architecture, and design.
- Personally design, write, and test software from scratch.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Experience with Django or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with relational or SQL databases, such as PostgreSQL.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and fully develop user interface concepts with a focus on user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to design, write, and test software from scratch.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status holder due to U.S. Government space technology export regulations.
