Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software with minimal supervision.
- Design, code, review, and optimize software components and services across frontend and backend stacks.
- Implement architectural patterns and design standards with engineering stakeholders.
- Drive DevOps automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, monitoring, reliability, scalability, and performance practices.
- Promote secure coding and security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Serve as a technical bridge across engineering, QA, and operations to support effective testing and high-quality delivery.
- Champion Agile and Lean practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of professional software development experience with hands-on coding across multiple technology stacks.
- Proficiency with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Golang, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks including Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and responsive UI development.
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP service models.
- Knowledge of Git-based version control, Linux fundamentals, debugging, secure coding, and observability practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Nice-to-have experience with gRPC, Kubernetes, Grafana, event-driven systems, ML/AI platforms, UX/UI design principles, or UML.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, decision-making, and time-management skills.
