Responsibilities

  • Build AI-enabled application components using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI, including RAG patterns, grounding strategies, and safe prompt designs.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions with conversational flows, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, plugins, actions, and integrations.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, custom connectors, automation, and extensibility components using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365 extensibility such as Teams and Outlook.
  • Apply cloud-native and event-driven architecture patterns, including stateless services, scalability, environment separation, and asynchronous messaging with Event Hubs.
  • Deliver secure end-to-end solutions covering authentication, authorization, data access, governance, compliance, and corporate data protection policies.
  • Support Git-based development, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, environment promotion, and release management for AI and Copilot assets.
  • Implement monitoring, telemetry, analytics, reliability improvements, and performance optimization using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Power BI.
  • Apply responsible AI practices including testing, evaluation, guardrails, safety measures, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Copilot and AI architectures and produce design artifacts, implementation guidelines, documentation, and handover materials.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, data engineers, platform teams, and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational design, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, and plugin/action development.
  • Practical experience implementing Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI solutions with prompt optimization, RAG, grounding strategies, vector search, and safe production usage.
  • Strong integration experience with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365 extensibility including Teams and Outlook.
  • Experience designing and building APIs, custom connectors, and automation workflows for Copilot and AI-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of secure-by-design AI solutions using Entra ID, RBAC, environment strategies, data access controls, and governance practices.
  • Hands-on software engineering experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python and scalable, clean-architecture patterns.
  • Experience with cloud-native Azure application architecture, stateless services, event-driven patterns, and Fabric or OneLake data platforms.
  • Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment separation.
  • Experience operating and improving AI-enabled solutions using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, telemetry, observability, and analytics such as Power BI.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable Copilot and AI solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
