Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack large language model applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database design and optimization.
- Build and maintain the company’s AI infrastructure and end-to-end development lifecycle for large model applications.
- Design prompt solutions, knowledge bases, model orchestration, RAG strategies, AI Agents, and MCP Servers.
- Develop and integrate AI workflows using Dify, N8N, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Build business knowledge bases on Azure Foundry, implement data vectorization and retrieval strategies, and integrate models with external tools and systems.
- Design AI Agent roles and collaboration workflows for business scenarios.
- Optimize AI application performance, troubleshoot stability issues, provide training, and support adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than five years of software development experience and one to three years of AI application development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language, such as .NET Core or Python.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen concepts.
- Experience with RAG technologies, data vectorization, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Function Calling, MCP, and integrating large models with external APIs, databases, and tools.
- Experience with Dify, N8N, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, including secondary development and AI workflow construction.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Search and experience building enterprise knowledge bases and MCP servers.
- Experience designing AI Agents and multi-agent collaboration workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, project planning, risk identification, problem-solving, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum agile development and architecture-related project planning.
