Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support scalable enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- Build backend services using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, along with frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and/or Angular.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, cloud-based services, and modern web applications.
- Analyze requirements and recommend effective technical solutions, architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Implement secure coding practices and support security and data protection compliance.
- Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across development, test, and production environments and support high-availability 24x7 systems.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, flowcharts, API documentation, and code documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering, architecture, testing, and design best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing, onboarding, hiring, and technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including web application development.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, React.js, JavaScript, Angular, microservices, Azure Cloud Services, APIs, and AI technologies.
- Experience building backend applications and services with C# and frontend applications with React.js and/or Angular.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, production application support, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Git, automated testing, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical systems.
- Experience or knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, or AI-enabled applications.
- Experience with Azure-native services, cloud-native application development, Docker, Kubernetes, containerized applications, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, incident response, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and initiative-taking skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
