Base Salary

$196k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate scalable Kubernetes container infrastructure for high-throughput financial applications.
Execute the migration of core workloads to Amazon EKS while supporting zero-downtime deployments.
Optimize container lifecycle management, networking infrastructure, and cluster provisioning APIs for multi-region reliability.
Integrate platform capabilities such as service mesh, authentication, and load balancing with engineering teams across Robinhood.
Identify production performance bottlenecks and implement automated solutions to improve platform availability.

Strong proficiency with Kubernetes control plane and data plane components, including container lifecycle management.
Experience deploying, debugging, and managing large-scale distributed systems or containerized platforms in production.
Familiarity with AWS services and managed container environments such as Amazon EKS.
Knowledge of container networking, cluster security protocols, and open-source cloud-native tools.
Ability to plan and execute technical projects systematically and provide technical guidance to team members.
