Base Salary
$180k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements from start to end, including discovery calls and demos.
- Design and ship production-ready AI agents using large-scale data and backend code.
- Own the full agent development life cycle, from prototyping to deployment.
- Mentor agent engineers and maintain high standards of excellence.
- Capture feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of React, Python, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of managerial and customer-facing experience.
- Experience in successful startups is preferred.
