Responsibilities
- Build user experiences in React and backend services in Node.
- Investigate and debug issues using monitoring and logging tools.
- Participate in code reviews and interview new team members.
- Collaborate with the team to define the product roadmap based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience, ideally full-stack.
- Experience building scalable production-level applications.
- Proficiency in Node/JS, React (or similar framework), and MongoDB/NoSQL.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and break down solutions into manageable tasks.
- Curiosity to stay updated with new technologies and FinTech trends.
