Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own engineering projects end to end, including technical and business decisions.
- Build platform experiences with JavaScript and React, supported by a reliable Node backend.
- Investigate and debug issues using monitoring and logging tools, and create action items for resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and interview prospective team members.
- Collaborate with the team on the product roadmap by understanding customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, ideally in full-stack development.
- Experience building scalable, production-level applications and a strong history of projects.
- Experience with some combination of Node or JavaScript, React or a similar framework, and MongoDB or NoSQL.
- Ability to communicate solution concepts clearly and break large solutions into smaller tasks.
- Curiosity about new technologies and emerging fintech trends.
- Fintech or finance experience, data pipeline experience, knowledge of payment rails such as ACH and RTP, and DevOps experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and CI/CD tools are preferred.
