Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team.
- Support and triage production issues and help develop resilient and secure systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical partners to define software strategy and requirements.
- Decompose stories, design features, and prioritize development tasks.
- Develop and use automated software testing tools and frameworks to improve delivery quality.
- Contribute to reusable, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with platform strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience in Java.
- At least 3 years of business and solution architecture experience.
- Experience with an integrated development environment, preferably IntelliJ.
- Experience with a source code repository such as Bitbucket or GitHub.
- Experience using AI to support the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience in financial services or trading.
- Preferred experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Config.
- Preferred experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Solace, FTL, and Red Panda.
- Preferred experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Coherence, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo.
