Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and automations for fast and scalable support.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows to resolve issues quickly.
- Implement product improvements to prevent support tickets.
- Transform recurring support challenges into engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to bridge support and product needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems.
- Ability to think about leverage in system design.
- Bonus for experience with LLMs or support tooling.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
