Base Salary
$205k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and automations that make support faster, more accurate, and scalable.
- Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues.
- Deliver product and developer-experience improvements that prevent support tickets.
- Turn recurring support problems into reusable engineering solutions.
- Work closely with developers and connect support feedback to product improvements.
- Own real systems from the beginning and ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems that people use regularly.
- Strong full-stack engineering ability and an interest in building tools others depend on.
- Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines, or support and developer-experience tooling is preferred.
- Must already be authorized to work in the US or eligible remote-hire regions; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
