Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop basic to complex systems, programs, databases, and interfaces using structured programming techniques and programming languages.
  • Create and maintain system, program, and logic flows; write and execute unit test plans; and track and resolve processing issues.
  • Participate in the Systems Development Life Cycle, including code and system reviews for design standards, content, and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, manuals, training materials, and implementation procedures.
  • Analyze files and map data between systems while following source control versioning policies and procedures.
  • Create ad hoc reports and respond to research questions and requests from internal and external customers.
  • Participate in or lead projects by developing estimates, schedules, presentations, and implementation support.
  • Support technology planning, project prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and new procedure implementation.
  • For applicable Level 2 and Level 3 assignments, support Scrum activities such as sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, backlog support, and team metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED in a general field of study.
  • Three years of computer or information technology experience for Level 2.
  • One year of programming, query design, and database development experience for Level 2.
  • Experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, .NET Framework, EDI, and Git/version control capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, issue-resolution, communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include healthcare domain experience, AI, and QNXT experience.
