Responsibilities
- Develop product features that unlock customer use cases.
- Create and maintain development environments, tooling, and workflows that improve developer velocity.
- Build internal tools and dashboards for experiment tracking, resource management, and operational visibility.
- Promote engineering practices covering testing, code review, release management, and incident response.
- Collaborate with research, ML infrastructure, and product teams to prioritize high-impact improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, developer tooling, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with modern software development, deployment automation, Kubernetes, Docker, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Preferred qualifications include Go, Rust, or C++ experience; AI/ML product development; ML or GPU-intensive workloads; monitoring and observability; ML systems testing; and scaling developer tooling.
