Responsibilities
- Manage and operate production Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation workflows.
- Implement Terraform-based infrastructure as code for cloud provisioning and configuration management.
- Manage Microsoft Intune device and endpoint policies, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and security across cloud and endpoint environments; respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support cloud cost optimization, resource governance, and tagging and organization standards across GCP and AWS.
- Collaborate with internal IT, security, and DevOps teams and maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Participate in client-required on-call and operational support rotations.
Requirements
- Strong DevOps background with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Scripting and automation experience with Python and Bash.
- Proven hands-on production Kubernetes experience, including deployments, Helm, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Practical infrastructure-as-code experience; Terraform is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience for endpoint and device management and compliance.
- Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security fundamentals across GCP and AWS.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Stackdriver.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, application, and network layers.
- Ability to work independently remotely with clear and proactive communication.
