Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-grade LLM and multimodal AI solutions across integration, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Integrate AI models and agents into enterprise applications, backend services, and APIs with focus on scalability, reliability, security, cost efficiency, and low latency.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders.
- Improve AI systems through experimentation, performance analysis, user feedback, and emerging generative AI technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Require 1–4 years of software engineering experience, including 1–2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
- Require strong Python proficiency and software engineering fundamentals in data processing, API development and integration, distributed systems, and model serving.
- Require proficiency in PostgreSQL; Java, Node.js, or Scala experience is a plus.
- Require familiarity with Model Context Protocol and experience building, integrating, or consuming MCP servers, tools, and agent ecosystems.
- Require experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Prefer experience with cloud-native AI platforms, especially AWS services such as Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Require experience with containerization, deployment, and inference serving technologies such as Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes, vLLM, or Ollama.
- Require the ability to visualize, interpret, and communicate AI-generated insights through analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Highly desirable qualifications include contributions to AI/ML open-source projects, research initiatives, or production-scale AI innovation programs, along with strong collaboration, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
