Base Salary
$215k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope, design, and ship impactful features.
- Partner with quality engineers to develop and maintain a testing strategy for product reliability.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor teammates through feedback and coaching.
- Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing team by interviewing and hiring diverse engineers.
- Work with a modern tech stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of software experience in architecting and maintaining complex systems.
- Demonstrated leadership across teams and a focus on improving technical architecture.
- Passion for software engineering and delivering high-quality products.
- Hands-on experience in shipping valuable products with user feedback.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
