Base Salary
$215k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to scope, design, and ship impactful features and systems.
- Partner with quality engineers to create and maintain a testing strategy that keeps products fast, reliable, and resilient.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor teammates through clear feedback and coaching.
- Interview and hire engineers from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Build with TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
- A formal degree is not required; industry experience is prioritized.
- Experience providing leadership across teams and improving technical architecture toward company-wide goals.
- Hands-on experience shipping valuable products to production and incorporating real user feedback.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a high bar for quality.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
