Base Salary
$230k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship software by planning, directing, and coaching a fleet of coding agents.
- Build and improve the software development factory, including system prompts, automated verification loops, and agent skills.
- Stay current on emerging AI and software development technologies and identify valuable tools and practices.
- Own expertise in agentic harnesses, evaluations, and best practices for the Gravity Agent.
- Build and maintain high-quality software in a senior, full-stack team environment.
Requirements
- Experience with some or all of Golang, Postgres, React/TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and Terraform.
- Strong accountability, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and product-building orientation.
- Interest in learning and applying AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Ability to handle rapid context switching while maintaining high standards of software quality.
- Carbon accounting experience is not required.
