Responsibilities
- Design and architect technical solutions in the core product aligned with client needs.
- Implement features, fix bugs, and solve critical customer problems across the platform.
- Apply AI/ML models and techniques to automate solutions in novel ways.
- Partner directly with customers, subject-matter experts, users, managers, and executives to understand needs and build trust.
- Work with sales, product management, product engineering, strategy, and operations teams to implement solutions and improve the product.
- Support customer launches, integrations with customer systems and third-party vendors, new workflows, custom configurations, and real-time issue resolution.
- Provide customer-informed feedback and contribute to solutions that support the long-term product vision.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to design, implement, debug, and iterate on software solutions.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into requirements, implementation specifications, and realistic timelines.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer empathy and a demonstrated desire to solve real-world problems that drive outcomes.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems, ask effective questions, evaluate tradeoffs, and work independently in fast-paced environments.
