Responsibilities

Develop and document comprehensive testing strategies aligned with organizational goals and engineering-team needs.
Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure the quality and performance of healthcare systems.
Create and execute automated, functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT tests.
Monitor and manage the defect lifecycle through timely issue resolution.
Document test results and maintain accurate testing records.
Identify testing risks and ensure activities meet project requirements and timelines.
Maintain adherence to quality standards and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to support software quality and integration.

Experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing and quality engineering practices.
Strong knowledge of test automation using open-source tools such as Selenium.
Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and technologies relevant to healthcare administration systems.
Ability to lead quality engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
