Responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive testing strategies aligned with organizational and engineering-team requirements.
- Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure the quality and performance of healthcare administration systems.
- Design and execute automated, functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Monitor and manage the defect lifecycle through timely resolution.
- Document test results and maintain accurate testing records.
- Identify testing risks and ensure activities meet project requirements and timelines.
- Improve testing methodologies and processes while collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Requirements
- Strong background in automation testing and quality engineering processes and practices.
- Strong knowledge of test automation using Selenium.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience overseeing testing activities and leading quality engineering teams.
- Knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and technologies relevant to healthcare administration systems.
