Base Salary
$159k - $327k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support scalable enterprise solutions across Oracle EBS and Finance systems.
- Serve as a senior technical expert for Oracle EBS Financials, driving system design and optimization.
- Lead the development of integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external platforms using APIs and middleware.
- Build finance-related services leveraging AWS and cloud technologies for improved operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of in-house Oracle MCP and AI-powered components.
- Apply AI in engineering workflows for system analysis, documentation, and automation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive end-to-end technical solution delivery, including architecture and ongoing support.
- Evaluate current finance system architecture to identify modernization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle practices and SOX controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience designing and supporting Oracle EBS solutions in large-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS components and integrations using APIs and middleware.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and enterprise AI use cases.
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience with middleware and enterprise application architecture.
- Solid experience with AWS services and cloud-native development.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of SOX controls and change management practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
