Base Salary
$180k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build secure tenant isolation, authentication, authorization, and audit systems.
- Develop services for tenant provisioning, self-serve administration, and customer onboarding.
- Own and evolve public APIs designed for human developers and autonomous agents.
- Create integration paths for MCPs, agents, and data within the platform.
- Ship working code regularly and debug production issues.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly and collaborate across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in API design, multi-tenancy, and backend services.
- Proficient in Python (FastAPI), Kubernetes, AWS, and databases.
- Focus on developer experience and backward compatibility.
- Ability to work well across teams and communicate effectively.
