Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architecture and roadmap for Internal Access Management.
- Architect and implement least privilege and zero-trust models across services.
- Build scalable access-authorization workflows and lifecycle management systems.
- Strengthen security boundaries through threat modeling and access auditing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive secure identity and access patterns.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence architectural decisions.
- Communicate complex technical decisions and align stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years in security or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, workload identity, and cloud IAM.
- Strong understanding of authentication technologies and zero-trust principles.
- Proven track record leading multi-team technical initiatives at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
