Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python.
- Implement and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.
- Consume and design APIs with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Actively participate in code reviews.
- Maintain code quality through testing and documentation.
- Interact with product teams and implement features.
- Mentor junior developers on best coding practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in tech-based companies, preferably start-ups.
- Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in Redux and Redux Saga.
- Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and design systems.
- Experience in Python and its ecosystem is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative, and metrics-driven environments.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Ability to work with complex business flows and deal with large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding techniques.
- Ability to write quality, modular, maintainable, secure, and testable code.
