Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering Directors to create technical roadmaps.
- Drive collaboration with Product, Design, and QA for seamless project delivery.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features from conception to deployment.
- Mentor Staff and Senior engineers and guide technical design reviews.
- Establish rigorous code standards and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
- Utilize AI-native engineering practices to enhance development efficiency.
- Identify industry trends and prototype innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with macOS or iOS using Swift.
- Deep expertise in macOS or iOS environments, focusing on design and security.
- Proven skills in debugging and performance optimization with Xcode and Instruments.
- Experience in agile environments with a strong understanding of CI/CD.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants to improve development processes.
- Strong understanding of macOS or iOS security features.
