Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Principal Architects to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps.
Design and implement macOS or iOS features and services from conception through deployment.
Drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Design, and QA.
Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, lead technical design reviews, and raise engineering standards across multiple teams.
Improve code quality, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural practices.
Create technical documentation and foster knowledge sharing.
Prototype emerging device security and AI-native development capabilities.

7+ years of progressive software development experience building macOS or iOS features with Swift.
Deep expertise in macOS or iOS software environments, performance optimization, and security considerations.
Advanced debugging and performance optimization experience using Xcode, LLDB, and Instruments, including resolving memory issues and concurrency bugs.
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD in fast-paced development environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
Proficiency with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
Conceptual understanding of macOS or iOS security features.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred knowledge of cryptography, endpoint security, Secure Enclave, Device Management/MDM protocols, endpoint detection, identity and access management, FIDO, OIDC/OAuth, cybersecurity principles, secure coding, CISSP, or Security+.
