Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering Directors to create technical roadmaps.
- Drive collaboration with Product, Design, and QA for seamless project delivery.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features from conception to deployment.
- Mentor Staff and Senior engineers and guide technical design reviews.
- Establish rigorous code standards and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to enhance the development process.
- Identify industry trends and prototype innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with Windows features using C++, C#, and .NET.
- Deep expertise in Windows software environments and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of debugging, performance optimization, and secure credential handling.
- Experience in agile environments with knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Windows security features.
