Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage scalable, secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Create and execute comprehensive software test plans, automated test scripts, and quality strategies.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on requirements, design discussions, acceptance criteria, code reviews, and defect resolution.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot infrastructure, reliability, and software quality issues.
- Implement and manage cloud, containerization, virtualization, CI, and monitoring solutions.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, strengthen controls, and contribute to governance policies and procedures.
- Lead or guide complex assignments, communicate technical information, and influence stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Stay current with technology trends and contribute to technical communities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, including private cloud environments and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, cloud service models, and infrastructure virtualization.
- Experience with Chef, Ansible, Docker, and CI pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or Nexus.
- Scripting experience with Shell, Bash, Perl, Python, or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, ITRS, Elastic APM, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills, including familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Linux and Windows systems is highly valued.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is highly valued.
- Ability to manage risk and controls, support change and transformation, demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking, and apply digital and technology expertise.
