Responsibilities
- Build Clera’s agentic system to automate the headhunting process end to end.
- Ship features to production daily while working directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and transition systems from rapid experimentation to scale and quality.
- Talk with customers and iterate on products based on feedback.
- Work from and live in the San Francisco hackerhouse with the founding team.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in a founding-team environment and take full ownership of projects.
