Base Salary
$71k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize reliable, high-performance enterprise data pipelines.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, validation, monitoring, reconciliation, and observability logic.
- Troubleshoot pipelines, tune performance, resolve defects, and improve scalability and resiliency.
- Translate business requirements and domain rules into consistent data transformation logic.
- Develop curated datasets, reusable data products, ontology-aligned datasets, object relationships, and semantic models.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, domain stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and operations teams.
- Implement data quality checks, governance practices, documentation, lineage awareness, and enterprise integration standards.
- Write maintainable, documented code and participate in peer review, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, provide status updates, identify blockers, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of prior relevant experience.
- Alternatively, a graduate degree with zero to two years of prior related experience.
- Alternatively, a minimum of six years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with data-intensive software solutions using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is preferred.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, system integrations, relational or non-relational databases, and structured or semi-structured data is preferred.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, including Pipelines, Code Repositories, Ontology, Workshop, Operational Applications, or ontology-based development is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of software engineering practices, data quality, secure software development, data governance, enterprise data management, and regulated industries.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or operational data products is preferred.
