Responsibilities
- Build AI SDRs, outbound engines, automated content workflows, and technical growth systems to generate and qualify pipeline.
- Create interactive demo environments, templates, and live workflows for prospects.
- Develop internal agents and automation for account research, personalized collateral, content generation, and sales-cycle acceleration.
- Run technical demos, unblock integrations, answer technical questions, and support strategic customer deals.
- Run SEO/AEO experiments, launch marketing content, prototype onboarding flows, and support product-led growth initiatives.
- Create reusable proof-of-concept templates, sample data environments, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing resources.
- Identify recurring customer patterns and product gaps and feed insights into product and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical experience in engineering, growth engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Comfort writing code such as Python or JavaScript for internal tools, automations, and lightweight systems.
- Strong SQL, API, debugging, and real-time technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, create compelling demos, and collaborate with go-to-market and engineering teams.
- Growth-oriented builder with strategic thinking about scaling, automation, and customer acquisition.
- Self-directed, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment.
- Familiarity with finance systems, finance workflows, CFO stakeholders, and buyer personas is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and fintech go-to-market motions is preferred but not required.
