Responsibilities
- Build AI SDRs and automated content workflows to generate and qualify sales opportunities.
- Create interactive demos and templates that impress prospects.
- Develop internal agents to personalize collateral and shorten sales cycles.
- Participate in technical demos and assist in closing strategic deals.
- Run SEO/AEO experiments and support product-led growth initiatives.
- Create reusable sales assets to enhance GTM team efficiency.
- Provide customer insights to inform product and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in engineering, growth engineering, or sales engineering.
- Proficient in coding (Python, JavaScript) and comfortable with SQL and APIs.
- Strong strategic thinking about scaling and automation in an AI context.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts and collaborating.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with finance systems and B2B SaaS GTM motions is preferred.
