Base Salary
$143k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications in collaboration with product, design, and Principal Engineers.
- Orchestrate complex multi-LLM workflows for AI-assisted code generation, verification, and quality assurance.
- Define best practices for AI-native coding, debugging, and code verification.
- Develop ecosystem-wide solutions and manage technical debt.
- Mentor Senior and II-level engineers while promoting a high-performance engineering culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product roadmaps and refinement of the spec-driven development framework.
- Ensure AI-generated solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability standards at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and eight or more years of experience in solution delivery and technical leadership.
- Advanced mastery of GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, spec-driven development, and AI-driven debugging.
- Expert knowledge of .NET 6+ and C#.
- Expert SQL knowledge and advanced Git experience.
- Long-time unit testing experience and expert knowledge of RESTful web services.
- Advanced knowledge of messaging and queuing.
- Knowledge of a front-end framework such as React.
