Responsibilities
- Customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture and assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
- Perform Salesforce business analysis, including gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with end users, business stakeholders, software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement Salesforce solutions.
- Identify potential issues and risks associated with development efforts and analyze technical and business problems to find effective solutions.
- Create functional documentation and knowledge-base documentation while seeking opportunities to optimize internal processes.
- Maintain Salesforce security, privacy rules, and system integrity.
- Enforce SOC, SOX, and PCI audit policies to support system compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical background.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Developer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Strong functional and system knowledge of Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, particularly configuration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, APIs, SOAP/REST services, and deployment functions.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
- Ability to analyze and document business requirements and processes in writing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, and OmniStudio Developer certifications are preferred.
