Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define clear requirements.
- Drive automations that shorten order-to-cash cycles and improve revenue accuracy.
- Measure, report, and communicate impact and ROI while gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Test, deploy, and support automations in production, performing root-cause analysis.
- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Architect and deploy advanced AI architecture patterns ensuring scalability and governed data access.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-grade governance and operational excellence for automation solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven ability to establish enterprise AI governance models with secure data access.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset to map complex business processes into technical architectures.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, collaborative environment.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG architectures, and orchestration patterns.
- Practical experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce and ERP systems.
- Proven track record designing scalable low-code/no-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Willingness to work night shifts or EMEA shifts.
