Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and implement solutions for cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and new workloads.
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready architectures with customers and partners.
- Guide customers through efficient and secure cloud migrations.
- Help customers evaluate AI and emerging technologies for applications, operations, and customer experiences.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions through customer engagements, workshops, technical content, and community participation.
- Collaborate with AWS specialists and customer teams to validate architecture, troubleshoot issues, and align solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated English-language written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, or analytics.
- Understanding of common architectural patterns and cloud-native design principles.
- Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Familiarity with LLMs, core machine learning concepts, supervised, unsupervised, and generative model types, prompt engineering basics, and enterprise generative AI use cases.
- Coding or scripting experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
- Preferred: experience across application development, databases, infrastructure, networking, and/or security.
- Preferred: hands-on AWS services experience, AWS or AI/ML certifications, and contributions through speaking, writing, or open source.
