Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation for strategic clients.
- Utilize AI prompt engineering to create solutions for unique client needs.
- Design configurations that embed Syndio into clients' daily HR workflows.
- Work with modern integration tools to migrate clients to the new platform.
- Provide feedback to engineering and product teams to shape core product features.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Software Engineer or Technical Solutions Consultant role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data transformation.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI prompting for complex implementations.
- Experience with APIs and integration tools for data movement between systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with client stakeholders.
