Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship backend services for mobile and web experiences.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, designers, and data partners.
- Lead backend technical planning and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Identify opportunities for backend optimizations and system enhancements.
- Build and maintain clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems in consumer technology or fintech.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data flows for user-facing applications.
- Familiarity with message brokers, event-driven systems, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ability to lead technical execution and mentor other engineers.
- Proactive and driven mindset.
