Responsibilities
- Design and drive the target architecture and tool strategy for the GTM systems stack.
- Build automation, enrichment workflows, integrations, internal tools, and AI agent workflows to eliminate manual revenue-team work.
- Partner weekly with BDR, AE, customer success, marketing, and GTM leadership teams to identify and solve operational problems.
- Write code when appropriate rather than only configuring SaaS tools.
- Support the GTM systems stack end to end through automation and manual intervention.
- Root-cause recurring issues and ship daily improvements.
Requirements
- Experience writing code and building real systems that people rely on.
- Experience with go-to-market processes and fluency in outbound, sales, customer success, and related tooling.
- Strong practical experience using AI and judgment about where it provides genuine value.
- Product-minded approach focused on identifying user problems and creating clear solutions.
- Ability to evaluate tools, design clean architectures, and take ownership of difficult fixes.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities.
