Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance deliverables, and create new capabilities for internal teams and clients.
- Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including concepting, building, maintenance, enhancement, reliability, and re-platforming.
- Architect secure integrations with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
- Partner with the Head of AI, client strategy leads, media strategists, data engineers, and clients to identify opportunities and deploy solutions.
- Manage and develop 1–3 AI Strategists or AI Engineers in the near future through coaching, work review, and growth planning.
- Translate technical approaches into business value for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of marketing experience in agency-side or brand-side client service, account management, product, or technology roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience shipping and operating enterprise production AI systems.
- Experience with agentic orchestration, tool-use protocols including MCP, API integration, and SQL or data warehouse technologies; BigQuery is preferred.
- Experience managing and developing early-career talent.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical approaches to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with development, engineering, and product teams.
- Ability to solve problems from first principles, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move quickly from concept to build.
