Responsibilities
- Lead the development, training, and fine-tuning of large language models and LLM-driven solutions.
- Implement and refine a robust, scalable architecture in production environments.
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing models for accuracy and reliability.
- Address challenges related to data quality, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
- Stay updated on advancements in NLP and AI research, conducting experiments and prototyping new ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Integrate emerging technologies and best practices to enhance LLM-based solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of practical applications and challenges of deploying LLMs.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and NLP.
- Extensive experience with training and deploying machine learning models, especially in NLP/LLM.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of driving innovation in AI and NLP projects.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
