Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine models that decode neural data for typing and robotic control.
- Formulate research questions to guide neural network and signal processing algorithm development.
- Utilize knowledge of neural networks and data science to create foundational models for BCI applications.
- Lead the team by setting high standards for system development and operation.
- Inform hardware roadmap by understanding user needs and impactful product features.
Requirements
- Experience writing production-level code in C/C++/Rust and Python.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping real-time machine learning products.
- Strong foundation in signal processing, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
