Base Salary
$130k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
- Deliver implementation projects based on architectural designs and lead technical projects, including timelines and documentation.
- Identify stakeholder needs and manage expectations regarding project scope and timelines.
- Collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders and mentor colleagues.
- Advise senior IT and business executives, including presenting to C-level executives.
- Implement complex, large-scale solutions in customer environments and share lessons learned and best practices.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline is required.
- Experience delivering implementation projects based on architectural designs and successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements.
- Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux or a derivative.
- Experience with GitLab and working knowledge of Ansible.
- Experience with Platform-as-a-Service, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and virtualization or cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of networking principles including TCP, DNS, DHCP, and IPs.
- Preferred technical certifications include Security+ and Network+.
- Broad technical experience with OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in strategic advisory roles with extensive presentation experience to C-level executives at large firms.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
