Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Operate infrastructure supporting distributed and scalable SaaS and on-premise services.
- Gather customer requirements and adapt manifests and software for new environments.
- Use and enhance monitoring tools to observe platform health and ensure performance and reliability.
- Work with the product team to test features and package new on-premise releases.
- Automate and optimize the release pipeline.
- Address customer infrastructure needs and troubleshoot deployment challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
- Fluency and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Understanding of adapting cloud-native architectures for on-premise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
