Base Salary

$120k - $261k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate high-scale backend services for Power Platform connection and credential management.
  • Own infrastructure supporting secure connectivity for Copilot agents, workflows, and applications.
  • Build multitenant, highly available, low-latency services across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
  • Drive architecture for connection lifecycle, isolation, throttling, and resiliency.
  • Implement authentication and authorization flows using Entra ID, OAuth, app-only access, and delegated access.
  • Ensure tenant isolation, least-privilege access, privacy, data protection, and enterprise compliance.
  • Build monitoring, alerting, diagnostics, automated recovery, and other production-reliability capabilities.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident mitigation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Improve platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Copilot, Agent 365, Power Platform, and agent-platform teams.
  • Influence platform direction through design reviews and technical proposals.
  • Mentor engineers and improve code quality, design, and engineering rigor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • Coding experience in one or more of C#, TypeScript, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
  • Completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Familiarity with identity systems, OAuth flows, and credential management is preferred.
  • Experience designing and operating RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication is preferred.
  • Understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience with multitenant, enterprise-scale distributed systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, or connector-based architectures is preferred.
  • Experience supporting AI-powered or agent-based systems is a plus.

Benefits

  • The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $119,800–$234,700 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of USD $160,200–$261,000 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
  • The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
