Base Salary
$120k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software components and services.
- Lead initiatives delivering complex features, improving product quality, and transforming team operations.
- Lead code reviews and model software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and UX Designers on new feature specifications.
- Develop software that helps customers optimize business processes.
- Identify and lead implementation of internal tools that improve team quality and productivity.
- Evaluate and pioneer the use of state-of-the-art technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience developing agentic systems and familiarity with LLMs, agents, MCP, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.
- Preferred: experience developing products with the aid of AI tooling.
