Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to map workflows and identify customer pain points.
- Design custom architectures and create technical proposals.
- Develop proof-of-concepts with production-quality code and integrate with customer systems.
- Provide technical leadership and build customer confidence in solutions.
- Scope delivery team size and support project kickoff and monitoring phases.
- Identify solution gaps and propose new solution packages.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
- Proven pre-sales track record and strong communication skills.
- Technical expertise in full-stack engineering, cloud services, and system architecture.
- Experience with API development, data engineering, and DevOps practices.
- Executive presence and structured problem-solving abilities.
