Responsibilities
- Build session, context, persistence, resumption, handover, and memory capabilities while preserving reasoning trails.
- Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, including document extraction and citation.
- Build agentic runtimes for multi-step tool-using workflows and human-in-the-loop decisions.
- Support speech and image inputs alongside text and integrate natural-language interfaces with scheduling and optimization engines.
- Create evaluation harnesses that validate AI output quality and autonomy claims before release.
- Build security controls for prompt-injection resistance, personal-data handling, guardrails, auditing, and data residency.
- Operate and scale production AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS systems used by real customers.
Requirements
- Production experience building and scaling AI-native products and applications, including systems that take actions against business systems.
- Experience with Go and Python, or Go, Java, or similar languages in production backend systems.
- Experience with service-to-service orchestration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
- Experience with production-grade GenAI, RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
- Experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, MCP, MCP development, and plan-based agentic software development.
- Experience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS solutions on shared infrastructure.
- Experience operating API gateways or API products such as Kong or Tyk in production.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience building or using evaluation frameworks to validate AI output quality before deployment.
- Preferred experience optimizing AI services for latency and cost and with specification-driven development.
- Applicants should have personally shipped a live system with real users rather than only demos, hackathons, or personal projects.
