Base Salary
$169k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the technical architecture for AI agents.
- Apply advanced Reinforcement Learning methods for adaptive intervention strategies.
- Select, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models for agent reasoning.
- Develop models for human-agent interaction based on cognitive science principles.
- Construct simulation environments for testing agent policies.
- Optimize deployment environments for multi-agent orchestration.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI frameworks and technologies.
- Design comprehensive evaluation pipelines for agent performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or AI.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in machine learning or autonomous systems.
- Exceptional Python programming skills and mastery of scientific libraries.
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning and planning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with deploying and managing Large Language Models.
- Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable production code.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies.
