Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative automation tools.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation and enhancement work, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Design scalable Sales Cloud solutions covering lead-to-opportunity processes, forecasting, campaigns, opportunity management, and territory management.
- Design Service Cloud solutions covering case management, entitlements, knowledge management, Omni-Channel, and SLAs.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or custom solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams and participate in code and design reviews.
- Optimize performance, support deployments, troubleshoot lower and production environments, and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience focused on CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Strong Salesforce CPQ expertise, including Steelbrick, configuration, rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and strong experience with Service Cloud features and processes.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools.
- Experience with version control and Salesforce deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Flosum, and Change Sets.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data visibility.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Preferred experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices, and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
