Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to problems across immediate and multiple teams.
- Identify and implement team best practices to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and support timely delivery.
- Integrate complex business processes into scalable software solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges in communications cloud environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application design and configuration principles.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
